Returns & Exchanges

 

  • Deception Brand is not responsible for shipping fees including purchases and exchanges.
  • Some orders may require a signature upon delivery.
  • NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES ONLY. Items that are less than the original purchase value will be credited to your account.
  • Our exchange policy is seven (7) days from the date you receive your order.
  • Items returned for exchange must be in their original unused condition.
  • Worn items are not accepted for an exchange.
  • Damaged, worn, soiled, altered, or anything Deception Brand reasonably believes has been used, will not be accepted. Therefore, the package will be sent back to the customer. Exchange approval is at the sole discretion of Deception Brand.
